How to read a note
A note is not a review and never a recommendation. It is the write-up of one pass of the four checks — the company, the licence, the province, and what breaks if something goes wrong — either as a method you can run yourself or as what a particular check turned up on a particular day.
Three things are always attached: the date, the register we looked in, and what could not be checked. That last one matters most. A register that was offline, a page that only appears after registration, an operator that would not answer — each is a finding, and hiding it would make the rest look more thorough than it is.
