These terms cover the use of nuestrasraicesverdes.com. They are not the terms of any gambling operator: if you hold an account somewhere, that operator's terms govern it, not these.

Who this is for

This site is for adults at or above the legal gambling age where they live: 19 in most of Canada, 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec. By using it you confirm you are, and that gambling is lawful where you are.

What you are reading

Published research and opinion, produced by the method in how we check. It is general information, not legal, financial or tax advice, and not a recommendation to gamble. A description of a licence or a provincial rule is true as at the date on the page; registrations, ownership and provincial policy all change.

How far our accuracy goes

We take reasonable care and correct errors publicly with a date. We do not warrant that every page is complete or current at the moment you read it, and to the extent the law allows we accept no liability for losses arising from decisions taken on the basis of what is published here. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
